Individual Therapy

I help high-achievers seeking support for anxiety, self-esteem, perfectionism, life-transitions, & relationships.

  • Are you a high-performer, but recently are finding it hard to stay focused and motivated?
  • Are you going through a life transition (marriage, divorce, a move, kids, grief…) and need a place to process it all?
  • Do you feel disconnected in your relationships?
  • Are you achieving success in your life, but still find yourself struggling with intrusive thoughts about past negative experiences or insecurities?
  • Are you concerned about your coping habits and looking for new, more productive ways to cope and take care of yourself?
  • Despite your success,  do parts of who you are (LGBTQ+, person of color, non-native born…) leave you feeling unseen, or like an outsider?

If you said yes to any of the above, it’s not surprising. Many of the characteristics successful people are expected to embody in order to rise to the top, paradoxically put themselves at risk when they get there. You are rewarded for your self-reliance, drive, ownership of problems. However, the higher you go, the more isolated you can feel.

You may wonder to yourself…

  • Am I living the life I want, or am I living a life based off what others expect of me?
  • If people knew the real me, what would think think? Would they disappointed?
  • Do my needs matter to others?
  • Will I be accepted for who I am?
  • Am I lovable? Am I enough?
  • How do I know what the right path is for me?

Well, you’re not alone.

Imagine what your life would be like if you could feel at peace with yourself, your choices, and your relationships.

To believe you don’t have to be perfect.

Imagine feeling clear on who you are and where you’re going.

To trust that others will love and accept you for who you are.

In therapy with me, I will help you let go of the mental barriers that hold you back, so you can start living the life you want. Or, even start discovering what the life you want really is.

The peace, contentment, and purpose you desire is achieved one step at a time.

That first step is asking for help.

I am here to help you.

“I am so grateful that Claire was my therapist. She is an incredibly kind, warm, and empathetic person, which makes her an exceptional therapist. Her support and insights allowed me to navigate a very stressful period in my life and strengthen my relationships. Working with her was a rewarding experience that changed my life for the better. Thank you so much Claire!”

“Claire is by far an exceptional, insightful therapist, and it’s who she is as a person, someone who is incredibly patient, thoughtful and perceptive that makes her so good at therapy. I met Claire last August when I was about to graduate from grad school. From the moment I met her, I could feel her warmth, care, and passion for helping others work through their challenges. Our time together left a significant mark on me, and I can confidently say I am in a much better place in life today because of her. Claire gave me space to be myself in a safe, judgment-free zone, challenged me to re-think my pre-conceived notions and unlearn thought patterns I had been trapped in believing about myself and others. Our work together helped me develop new tools for managing my depression and anxiety, as well as navigating my relationships, and she taught me one of the most important lessons I needed to learn, which was self-compassion. After every session, I left feeling not only relieved but also like I learned something new and got closer to better understanding and accepting myself. At the end of our year together, I walked out totally transformed. I’ve seen other therapists before, and honestly Claire is by far the best. Thank you for all you do Claire!”
